The project is located right next to Kamýk Wood, which leads on to the Modřany Gully. The Lhotka natural biotope bathing lake is within walking distance.

Despite the peaceful ambience, Kamýk enjoys excellent transport links. From the Lhotský les bus top, located literally around the corner, you can get to the C-line metro station of Kačerov within 15 minutes. There will soon be another connection to the city centre via the planned D-line metro station of Nové Dvory.

Dueta Kamýk is a residential project by Trigema in Prague 4. Two apartment buildings combine modern urban living with the proximity of Kamýk Wood and offer apartments in layouts ranging 2+kk and 3+kk.

The architectural design is by QARTA Architektura, the studio behind the award-winning Fragment Karlín project. The Dueta concept works with a pair of buildings, well-considered layouts and an active ground floor with shops and services.

The project is located in Kamýk, Prague 4, directly next to Kamýk Wood, which connects to Modřany Gully. The Lhotka natural biotope swimming area and further opportunities for sport and relaxation in nature are also within walking distance.

The Lhotecký les bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of the project, and the journey to Kačerov on metro line C takes approximately 15 minutes. In the future, the area’s accessibility will be further improved by metro line D and the Nové Dvory station; by car, residents can easily connect to the Jižní spojka, Prague Ring Road and D1 motorway.

The apartments in the Dueta Kamýk project offer a high standard of modern living. All units feature large-format windows with low sills and triple-glazed insulating glass. Exterior blinds are installed on the windows to help reduce summer overheating. All apartments are equipped with underfloor heating with individual temperature control in each room. Bathrooms feature premium sanitary ware from the Swiss brand Laufen. The top two floors include preparation for cooling. Living comfort is further enhanced by a central heat recovery ventilation system, which ensures regular air circulation in the apartments and contributes to a pleasant indoor environment.

The Dueta Kamýk project will feature a two-story ground-floor space (parterre) dedicated to civic amenities and services for everyday life. Plans include a modern fitness center, a grocery store, a drugstore, as well as a variety of smaller shops and local services.
