Developer of Different
Dueta Kamýk is another modern residential project in Prague developed by Trigema in the spirit of the 'Developer of Different' concept. Every one of our projects represents a new perspective on urban living, connecting quality architecture, modern technology, and long-term value.

Rather than just apartment buildings, we create thoughtfully designed living spaces that naturally complement their surroundings. In this spirit, Dueta Kamýk combines architecture by QARTA Studio, proximity to the Kamýk Forest, and the comfort of contemporary city living.

Black n’Arch
The architectural design is the work of Black n’Arch, a studio founded by David Černý andMarcel Soural with the aim of returning quality to the architecture of Prague and combining itwith art. The architects sought some Nordic inspiration for the Paprsek project, specifically inNorway.
