We have commenced construction of the Dueta Kamýk project

Trigema, an investment company implementing major projects and new neighborhoods in Prague, has begun construction on a new residential project, Dueta Kamýk, which will be built in close proximity to Kamýk Forest. Two apartment buildings will offer a total of 160 modern and practically designed apartments ranging from efficiently designed 1+kk to spacious 4+kk, with sizes from 30 to 105 m². The high standard of living includes, for example, large French windows, premium furnishings, underfloor heating, and preparation for cooling on the top floors. The price of the smallest 1+kk apartment with an area of 31.3 m² starts at CZK 4,977,952 including VAT.

The project was designed by renowned architects from the QARTA Architektura studio. The apartments are designed with an emphasis on maximum functionality and ample storage space. The upper floors of the building offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and nature.

The heart of the building is a two-story parterre, which will offer a modern fitness center and grocery store. There will be plenty of parking spaces, a stroller/bike storage room, and a bike and dog wash, ensuring a comfortable and convenient life for all residents.

The architectural design is by QARTA Architektura, the studio behind the award-winning Fragment Karlín project. The Dueta concept works with a pair of buildings, well-considered layouts and an active ground floor with shops and services.
The project is located in Kamýk, Prague 4, directly next to Kamýk Wood, which connects to Modřany Gully. The Lhotka natural biotope swimming area and further opportunities for sport and relaxation in nature are also within walking distance.
The Lhotecký les bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of the project, and the journey to Kačerov on metro line C takes approximately 15 minutes. In the future, the area’s accessibility will be further improved by metro line D and the Nové Dvory station; by car, residents can easily connect to the Jižní spojka, Prague Ring Road and D1 motorway.
