Tour of apartments under construction
Take a peek inside two apartments before the shell construction is complete and get a concrete idea of what the apartment building will look like. Our agents will be happy to introduce you to the project, answer your questions, and guide you through everything that interests you. From the windows of selected apartments, you’ll also be able to enjoy views of the surrounding greenery and Kamýk Forest.

Children’s Program
We haven’t forgotten about our youngest visitors either. Face painting and an art workshop will be available, ensuring the children enjoy a pleasant afternoon full of fun.

Italian refreshments
Refreshments inspired by Italian cuisine will be available throughout the event. You can look forward to panini, croissants, homemade lemonade, and wine from the Dog in Dock winery.
